Repaving works – AINTREE STREET, SW6

We need to undertake essential repaving on Aintree Street to ensure the pavement is kept safe for all users.

Where: Aintree Street, whole length.
When: 8th April 2024 for approximately 14 weeks, from 8am to 5pm.

Access for pedestrians to their homes or businesses will be maintained throughout
the works. We have instructed our contractors to keep disruption, noise and
nuisance to a minimum. Whilst we will endeavour to finish the works on time,
minor delays are possible due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our
control. Please accept my apologies for the disturbance.

Parking
During this period, there will be parking restrictions and suspensions. The works
will be undertaken in phases to minimise the disruption, so please check the signs
to see where you can park. If your vehicle is parked in a suspended bay when we
begin work on site, the vehicle will be shifted and relocated to the nearest parking
space.

If you park on a private drive, please contact me as access may be limited for a
period of time.

Vegetation Growth
If you have any plants, bushes or trees that overhang and partially obstruct the
pavement, please trim them back prior to our works beginning.

If you have any questions regarding the repaving, please contact me using the
details below. If you wish to report a site issue, please call FM Conway Ltd on 01732 600 888.

Kind regards,
Ms Donna Kelly
